Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects or items damaged in transit. Claims must be notified within 48 hours of delivery and the item must be returned in the original condition, with tags intact and packaging included.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund, replacement or store credit.
• Wear-and-tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations void return eligibility.

Miscellaneous

• If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision will be severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• We may assign or transfer this Agreement and our rights under it at any time, and you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
