1.1 Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you:
- Track your orders and view past purchases
- Save your measurements and addresses for faster checkout
- Create wishlists and be notified when items are back in stock
- Receive early access to drops, previews and private events
1.2 Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (payment gateways, couriers, etc.). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
2.1 How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a Size Chart and Body Measurement Guide. We recommend:
- Comparing your measurements to the chart
- If you are between sizes, choosing the larger size for structured garments
- For assistance, you can email us your measurements and the product name; our team will suggest the best size.
2.2 Can you customise the fit or length?
For many made-to-order styles we can:
- Adjust length (lehenga/saree skirt/gown)
- Minor changes in sleeve length or neckline depth
Major pattern changes, design alterations or re-engineering of the garment may not be possible. Customisation options vary by product and are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
3.1 How do I place an order?
Follow these steps:
- Select your size and any custom options (if available)
- Click "Add to Cart"
- Proceed to checkout, enter shipping details and payment information
- Review and confirm your order
You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
3.2 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Major credit/debit cards
- Net banking (India)
- UPI / Wallets (where available)
- International cards for overseas orders
- Store credit / gift cards issued by House of Sameer Patel
Some payment methods may not be available for all countries.
4.1 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most destinations via reputed courier partners (DHL/UPS/FedEx or equivalent). Certain remote locations may not be serviceable — we'll inform you if your address falls in such an area.
4.4 How long will my order take to arrive?
Timelines vary by product:
- Ready-to-ship: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-order / Custom: Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Bridal or heavily embroidered styles may require longer.
Transit time:
- India: 3–7 working days after dispatch
- International: 5–10 working days, subject to customs clearance
Your order confirmation will include an estimated dispatch window.
5.1 What is your return policy for ready-to-ship items?
For eligible ready-to-ship garments purchased online (non-bridal, non-custom), we may offer:
- Exchange or store credit if you notify us within 48 hours of delivery and the item reaches us within 14 days, unused and with all original tags/packaging intact.
- Direct refunds are not offered; store credit may be issued at our discretion.
5.2 Are made-to-order, customised or bridal pieces returnable?
No. Due to the bespoke nature of these garments, made-to-order, customised, altered and bridal pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
